Nebojša Miljanović, Authorized Auditor, is founder and director of RPS Audit & Consulting Belgrade.Nebojša Miljanović

Along with audit and business advisory within the RPS Audit & Consulting Belgrade, he performs the duty of Executive Director of retail trading company RIČ doo Prokuplje (www.ric.rs).

He was engaged as a financial advisor for a regional private equity fund Kerseyco Trading Ltd for which he has been the legal representative – the director of a company owned by the Fund. Also, he was engaged as CFO of other company also owned by the Fund.

The auditor is since year 2005, a licensed Authorized auditor since 2009 with license issued by the Chamber of Certified Auditors of Serbia. Also, holds a license for authorized person to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing issued by the Directorate for Prevention of Money Laundering.

From 2002 – 2005 he worked in financial consulting and business advisory services to a large number of companies, public companies, associations, non-profit and non-governmental organizations.

He was born in 1975. Holds Master of Economics degree gained at Faculty of Economics – Belgrade University and Master of Economics degree gained at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Investment Banking. He speaks English and Russian language.
